An exquisite hand made large leather journal for you to record your encounters with magic, spells and the mysteries the world has to offer.

Journal size is 8″ x 10″ (26 x 20 cm) large and has thickness is about 2 inches. The front cover plate has gilded transmutation circle, attributed to a German alchemist from the 17th century. Handcrafted with the finest Italian leather. The slowest work phase, leather toning, is professionally made using our unique technique and several different bookbinder mixtures. High level quality guaranty long life of the journal. White leather is aged to that level that the cover contain wide range of gray color tones.

The book block has 300 leaves (600 pages if count both side of the paper) of the blank 120 gsm weight paper in ivory color tone. High-grade paper does not bleed through and is exceptionally smooth to write on. Producer of the paper is Italian company Fedrigoni and the paper name is “Palatina Avorio”. Technical specification of the paper can be easily found over the internet. The inside cover – endpapers are marbled parchment which gives it a nice touch. The gilded and aged paper edges all contribute to that authentic vintage look.

An exquisite hand made large leather journal for you to record your encounters with magic, spells and the mysteries the world has to offer. Handcrafted using genuine Italian leather.

Journal size is 7.5″ x 10″ (25.5 x 19 cm) large and has thickness of around 3 inches (8 cm). The front cover plate has hand gilded transmutation circle, attributed to a German alchemist from the 17th century. On the book spine are deeply embossed decorative dots, placed between ribs and metal pins. Leather is carefully hand toned and aged in several layer until it got wide specter of beige color tones.

The book block has 300 leaves (600 pages) of 140 gsm weight, blank white paper. The producer of the paper is Italian company Fedrigoni. The high-grade paper does not bleed through and is exceptionally smooth to write on. The inside cover – endpapers are marbled parchment which gives it a nice touch. The gilded and aged paper edges all contribute to that authentic vintage look.

The front cover plate has hand carved the Ouroboros pentagram symbol from the special prepared, hardener and gilded leather. It is placed between ancient Egyptian symbols of the five elements, surrounded with gilded frame. Leather is carefully hand toned and aged in several layers until it got nice grade of the brown color tones. The inside cover – endpapers are marbled parchment which gives it a nice touch. The gilded and aged paper edges all contribute to that authentic vintage look.

Journal size is 10″ x 14″ (35 x 25 cm) and thickness is around 2 1/2 inches (6 cm). The book block has 250 leaves (500 pages) of 140 gsm weight, clean white paper. The high-grade paper does not bleed through and is exceptionally smooth to write on. The book weight is around 9 pounds or 4 kg.

Journal size is 10″ x 14″ (35 x 25 cm) and thickness is about 2 1/2 inches (6 cm). The book block has 250 leaves (500 pages) of 140 gsm weight, clean white paper. The high-grade paper does not bleed through and is exceptionally smooth to write on. The book weight is about 9 pounds or 4 kg.

Gilded “Memento Mori” (Latin: Remember That You Must Die) ambigram form the frame with metal pins in the corners. The skull is placed in the recessed central part of the cover. Leather is carefully hand toned and aged in several layer until it got wide specter of the brown color tones. The inside cover – endpapers are marbled parchment which gives it a nice touch. The gilded and aged paper edges all contribute to that authentic vintage look.

In “chained libraries” books are were chained to lecterns or shelves to prevent theft. In that reasons, this book have sturdy mounted chain on back cover plate. Locking of the book is made with leather stripes, decorative metal ends and pegs embedded in edge of thick front cover plate. This clasps adorn the cover placing intrigue when opening and discovering its beauty.

The design is a bit unique and first introduction of this design was in 2015. In four year was made about 20 books including several different sizes, different color tones and paper types. In this year was made only five books. Because a lot of high precise work and extra hours implemented in this design, to the next year are not planned more books like this one.

Journal size is 8″ x 10″ (26 x 20 cm) large and has thickness of around 3 inches (8 cm). Leather is carefully hand toned and aged in several layer until it got wide specter of the brown color tones. Belts going trough the cover, on the spine part are placed between ribs and tight close the book with metal buckles. Leather belts adorn the cover placing an intrigue when opening and discovering its beauty…

The book block has 350 leaves (700 pages) of the lined 120 gsm weight paper in ivory color tone. The high-grade paper does not bleed through and is exceptionally smooth to write on. The inside cover – endpapers are marbled parchment which gives it a nice touch. The gilded and aged paper edges all contribute to that authentic vintage look.
