Journal size is in 7.5″ x 10″ (25.5 x 19 cm) and thickness about 3 inches (8 cm). The front cover plates has recessed wooden central part, surrounded with embossed frame and metal pins. On the spine of the book are ribs end embossed decoration. Leather is hand toned and aged in wide range of brown color tones. Symbol is hand carved from thick leather, hardener with special bookbinder mixtures, gilded and aged.
The book block has 300 leaves (600 pages) of strong 140 gsm weight blank white paper. The inside cover – endpapers are marbled parchment which gives it a nice touch. The gilded and aged paper edges all contribute to that authentic vintage look.
